yeppers...that is the guy....apparently an active Democratic and former PA government worker. Also apparently a Hillary supporter. I am a bit suspicious after painfully reading through all the pleadings and filings in the case. Some of it seems to raise legitimate questions. However, some of the sources he sites for information are sketchy and do not appear reliable to me. I am most perplexed by an assertion that he was born in a specific town in Kenya but it is less clear how that was derived and whether there is any record of the birth there which notably is not available anywhere although it is claimed it exsits. And the alleged assertiosn by family members are plain and simple heresay but for the conflicted information provided by Obama and his sister in interviews.

However, there were exhibits as to the Indonesion question. It appears there is possible validity to this issue as to allow the suit to go forward for factfinding and the law seems clear that if indeed he became an Indonesion citizen, he would be precluded by law and the Hague convention to assert he is a natural born citizen as once renouncing citizenship, he would have to become a natrualized citizen, inelible for the presidency, and dual citizenship is contrary to the laws of both Indonesia and the U.S.

Also note that I further researched all of the rulings in the case thus far, and the judge has NOT signed any order requiring any production of records. There is an awful lot of misinformation out ther on that issue. Most of the people's confusion appears to be that when an attorney files, they include a PROPOSED order and I think therein lies the mistake that an order was issued. But the judge has NOT ruled on the request and thus has not signed the PROPOSED ORDER and so no such order exists at this time. Interestingly, they have never filed an answer opting oto request a dismissal on the day answers were reuired. Further, they are attempting to avoid doscovery which would be due by Oct 21st if the request for a protective order and stay of discovery is Granted to defendants.

Also, of interest, I researched the judge and learned he was appointed by Bill Clinton and is a Democrat and presumably would also be a Hillary supporter which I would presume could be an issue as he may be a Clinton supporter. I would expect if he finds in favor of Plaintiff on any motions, the Obama camp would simply attack the judge to delay.

Finally, the only record of birth again is the copy of an alleged record of birth dated in 2007. No originals have been offered up and the Obama camp will not permit some subpoenas to be honored and are throwing up road blocks adn teh campaign has not clarifed what hospital he was born in but rather offers an altered copy of the alleged 2007 birth certificate. The claims that three experts have deemd that a fake is also not clear. Annenberg's U of P factcheck.org which has been coming under increased scrutiny as to their reliability and there is an argument to be made that there is a conflict of interest.

Why they would do this and fight the requests rather than just offer up what they have and allow access to any and all records available out there on the issue leaves me quite perplexed. They are refusing to allow access to the records whcih is strange. Why wouldn't they just want to clarify everything with the Court and file a counterclaim seeking a declaratory judgment as to his citizenship andbirthplace to resolve the question finally? Perhaps there is something to some of these claims? Who knows at this point? This will be interesting to follow although I am suspecting this may be a red herring. But then again...to go this far in time in federal court may suggest something and clearly the judge is taking time mulling over the issues. I can barely rea this small type and so please pardon any spelling errors.
