We used to draw straws as to who had to be on the watch for the ice truck. The watch person was in BIG trouble if they fell down on the job, especially in the summer months where warm beer was more like hot beer. Or the year that it was so hot that we took to putting chunks of ice under our baseball caps and letting it melt on our heads to cool off.....
